Good governance is a factor that has a direct impact on the quality of life of the communities along the railway corridor and it is for this reason that one of our axes of action focuses on the Institutional Strengthening Program. To this end, Fenoco has promoted the training of municipal officials in issues such as project presentation, regulation and proper use of public resources. Similarly, spaces such as the meeting of Social Managers have been opened, in which the officials responsible for implementing the Management and Social Investment plans of the administrations can know firsthand the procedure of the concessionaire and can establish alliances to develop activities and Programs that benefit their communities more widely.

Fenoco has supported the spirit of entrepreneurship both of the beneficiaries of our Productive Training, and of those who need an opportunity to make their units or organizations grow. Thanks to the Productive Units Program, which includes technical apprenticeship, seed capital, and accompaniment in its processes of formation, legalization and commercialization, today, the businesses supported by the company have allowed more families to earn an income that contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of their community.

Learning through an art or trade, taking into account the context where the communities are developed, has allowed the Productive Training Program to successfully involve the skills of the participants, making them useful tools to start the path towards The projection of the enterprise.

Techniques in footwear, clothing, beauty, utilization of the resources offered by the environment such as dairy and fruits, as well as technical topics such as information technology, surveillance, among other trainings, are part of the range of opportunities that Fenoco has been implementing.

Among other Social Welfare programs we have the Train of Health. We have taken prevention and health promotion brigades to the population located along the railroad through our Train of Health, benefiting about 100 communities each year.

We support the construction and improvement of social infrastructures. We have participated in the construction of parks, educational infrastructure, the improvement of roads and the development of urban planning works, among others.

We have carried out various activities aimed at preventing accidents and promote healthy coexistence with the railway.
